Notes 2006 le Vouvray, Loire Valley, France- Hailing from one of the great white wine regions of the world, our le Vouvray is a striking example of how good Chenin Blanc can be. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine has piercing acidity, yet it is perfectly balanced by a supple, almost creamy texture. A hint of fruit on the palate complements the lush structure of the wine. Pairs with chicken pot pie, lobster, and just about anything else!
