Notes PLATINUM is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Avila Valley vineyards.. Picked at 24.5% sugar, the juice was immediately and gently pressed from the skins, resulting in an absence of color while trending towards the peach, canteloupe and zesty tangerine shade of flavors.
